The interesting element from this reference is the scratch / glitch Jinx effect.

USE

This effect would be used to animate in and out the lower thirds highlighting the speaker’s name and role the first time they are introduced. There are 10 speakers in total, each would need to animate in, sit on the screen for 3 seconds with a slight movement, and animate out.
